• Purchased work(s) are for use by the purchaser only. Received work(s) may not be re-sold, traded, given away, or otherwise distributed.
• Purchased work(s) will not be used in AI model training, or used as or part of an NFT.
-> In the event of a new technology that leverages visual art becoming available, purchased work(s) are not to be used with it unless explicit permission is given.
• Purchased work(s) can be displayed on external sites on the condition no profit is being made and the artist is credited.
• Purchased work(s) may not be altered, edited, or used as a base (e.g. for tracing).
• Purchased work(s) may have work-in-progress updates shared publicly (such as social media or work during a livestream) by the artist unless otherwise negotiated by the purchaser.
• The purchaser will not claim the work(s) as their own.
• The artist retains the right to display commissioned work(s) as part of a portfolio, a showcase of work, or to promote their online presence (such as social media)
• The artist is not liable for any damages incurred by the purchased work(s).
• If a new version of these Terms & Conditions is published, any work(s) done prior to the update of the Terms & Conditions are subject to the newest version of the Terms & Conditions.
• A commercial license adds an extra 50% to the purchase price
• The purchaser gains the rights to use the purchased works for the purpose of profit. This includes;
-> Monetised social media promotions (e.g. Twitter, Twitch, Youtube)
-> Subscription based content platforms (e.g. Patreon, Ko-Fi, Fansly)
-> Reproducing and selling the work(s) for the purpose of merchandise
• The purchaser will receive a digital product. No physical goods will be delivered.
• Time to complete a colour illustration can take up to 6 months.
• Production time is subject to change even after work on the commission has started.
-> The purchaser will be informed of changes to timelines.
• Prices are subject to change.
• Significant changes after the sketch has been approved will incur additional charges.
• Additional fees apply for conditions like rush jobs or private work.
• In the event of a refund the purchaser will receive the amount based on the stage of work the purchased work(s) is in when the refund is requested
-> During sketch; 50% of purchase price.
-> After sketch; 20% of purchase price.
• In the event of the artist cancelling the commission, the purchaser will receive a full refund.
• The artist is under no obligation to offer a refund if the purchaser finds the work(s) dissatisfactory.
